To ensure safe and consistent service, please follow these rules:

City-Issued Cans Only

All garbage must be placed inside your city-issued garbage can. Other containers will not be serviced.

Garbage Must Be Contained

Loose bags, overflow items, or uncontained trash will not be picked up.

Need More Capacity?

If your business produces more waste than one can hold, you can request an additional garbage can by calling 251-928-8003.
(Note: Additional monthly fees apply.)

Multiple Pickups Available

Businesses can schedule more frequent garbage pickups throughout the week if needed. Your monthly fee will be adjusted based on pickup frequency.

Note: Additional charges may apply for extra carts or specialized services.

Help us promote sustainability by participating in our cardboard recycling program.

✔ What’s Accepted:

• Flattened cardboard boxes
• Boxes free of filler (plastic wrap, foam peanuts, Styrofoam)

✘ What’s Not Accepted:

• Boxes not broken down
• Boxes containing loose materials or garbage

These items will be treated as excess waste and may result in an increased fee.

Cardboard recycling is collected every Wednesday from participating businesses.
