"The Planning Department is responsible for ensuring the best quality development and living environment for the City of Fairhope and its citizens through the implementation and enforcement of the City of Fairhope’s Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, and Subdivision Regulations. Planning staff work closely with the Fairhope City Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Adjustments to review development proposals within the City of Fairhope."
