The City of Fairhope has upgraded its Emergency Alert & Community Notification Program, Everbridge, so that citizens can report the following issues using the Citizen Request Tracker:
- Street Light Issue
- Animal Control
- City Facility/Restroom
- Roadway/Sidewalk Hazard
This feature allows citizens to easily and swiftly communicate with the City of Fairhope in a few simple steps.
Step 1 – Download the Everbridge app to your smartphone and login to your account. If you don’t have an Everbridge account you can create an account by visiting: http://www.fairhopeal.gov/everbridge
Step 2– Click on the Menu button on the top right of your screen and select report.
Step 3 - Choose a category and enter the details of the issue that you would like to report.
Step 4 – Click send on the top right when complete. The app also allows you to include a photo and share the location if you choose to do so.
These messages will be directed to the appropriate department to address the issue.
