4. Bike Racks - Johnny, Katie ○ Fairhope West Elementary Bike to School has sent a request to Fairhope Cycling Project for an additional rack and is in progress.
5. Environmental Advisory Board collaboration - Katie, Cal, Chris ○ The gulley system idea has been put on the backburner. Will meet again to explore other collaborative projects.
6. Flying Creek Nature Preserve - Chris, Katie ○ ADA survey done 10/29/25
7. Google Drive - Morgan
8. Recreational Facility at County Roads 13 & 32 - Mike
9. Twin Beech / Boothe and Summer Lake / Twin Beech intersections - Katie ○ Data collection is complete and draft is in process.
10. Blue Island Project ○ Blue Island has been completed.
11. Fairwood Boulevard ○ In process.
12. Safe Streets for All (SS4A) ○ Completed and pending City Council and Mayor approval before public release.
